Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 can creamy onion soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups corn flake cereal, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

Step 2Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole.

Step 3Combine corn flakes and remaining 1/4 cup butter, spread over potato mixture.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
