I got this recipe from my friend Janet, and have probably made 40lbs of it since... everyone ALWAYS loves it!! So easy!!

Ingredients

  • FOR EVERY 1 POUND OF PASTA:
  • - olive oil for the pan
  • 3-5 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 dashes hot crushed pepper (or more to taste)
  • 1 large can crushed tomato
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • - salt & pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons vodka

How To Make penne vodka

  • Step 1
    Heat oil, garlic & red pepper until golden
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and a little water and cook 15 min.(can make this ahead of time)
  • Step 3
    Cook pasta AL DENTE and drain.
  • Step 4
    Add cream and vodka. cook for additional 10 minutes
  • Step 5
    Serve immediately! Enjoy!!
