I got this recipe from my friend Janet, and have probably made 40lbs of it since... everyone ALWAYS loves it!! So easy!!

Ingredients
- FOR EVERY 1 POUND OF PASTA:
- - olive oil for the pan
- 3-5 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 dashes hot crushed pepper (or more to taste)
- 1 large can crushed tomato
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- - salt & pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons vodka
How To Make penne vodka

Step 1Heat oil, garlic & red pepper until golden

Step 2Add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and a little water and cook 15 min.(can make this ahead of time)

Step 3Cook pasta AL DENTE and drain.

Step 4Add cream and vodka. cook for additional 10 minutes

Step 5Serve immediately! Enjoy!!
