Ingredients For penne vodka
- FOR EVERY 1 POUND OF PASTA:

olive oil for the pan

3-5 clovecrushed garlic
-
2 dashhot crushed pepper (or more to taste)

1 large cancrushed tomato
-
2 Tbspparsley
-
salt & pepper
-
1 cheavy cream
-
3 Tbspvodka
How To Make penne vodka

1Heat oil, garlic & red pepper until golden
-
2Add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and a little water and cook 15 min.(can make this ahead of time)

3Cook pasta AL DENTE and drain.

4Add cream and vodka. cook for additional 10 minutes

5Serve immediately! Enjoy!!
