Kugel is another name for a pudding. Many kugels are made with cheese, this one is not, but it is always requested. It can be served as a side with meat or poultry or eaten as dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 large can of peach halves, in light syrup
- 1 pint coffee rich
- 2 1/2-3 cups sugar
- 1 package medium egg noodles, 16 oz.
- 8 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make peachy noodle kugel

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Boil egg noodles 7 minutes, and drain 3/4 of the way.

Step 3Drain peach juice into noodles.

Step 4Add coffee rich, sugar, salt & vanilla. Beat in eggs. Spray a large deep baking pan with pam.

Step 5Noodles should be swimming in liquid. Place on peaches on top. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

Step 6Bake at 375 for 1 hour or longer till solid.
