Pasta with Ricotta & Parmigiano
1 lbpasta of choice
1 cfull fat ricotta cheese
1/4 cshredded parmigiano plus more for serving
·salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbspfresh parsley chopped
How to Make Pasta with Ricotta & Parmigiano
- Place a large pot of water on stove. Add 2 tbsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, milk, & Parmigiano together.
- Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the ricotta mixture and warm through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.
- Serve with more Parmigiano
