Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    pasta of choice
  • 1 c
    full fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmigiano plus more for serving
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped

How to Make Pasta with Ricotta & Parmigiano

Step-by-Step

  1. Place a large pot of water on stove. Add 2 tbsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, milk, & Parmigiano together.
  2. Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the ricotta mixture and warm through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.
  3. Serve with more Parmigiano
