Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta of choice
- 1 cup full fat ricotta cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded parmigiano plus more for serving
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
How To Make pasta with ricotta & parmigiano

Step 1Place a large pot of water on stove. Add 2 tbsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, milk, & Parmigiano together.

Step 2Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the ricotta mixture and warm through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.

Step 3Serve with more Parmigiano
