Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 1 cup full fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmigiano plus more for serving
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

How To Make pasta with ricotta & parmigiano

  • Step 1
    Place a large pot of water on stove. Add 2 tbsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, milk, & Parmigiano together.
  • Step 2
    Drain the pasta and place back in pan. Add the ricotta mixture and warm through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.
  • Step 3
    Serve with more Parmigiano
