Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 head broccoli cut into small florets
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 4 ounces blue cheese chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh grated parmesan for serving

How To Make pasta with blue cheese & broccoli sauce

  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water about 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes throw in the broccoli. Then drain.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile melt the Mascarpone and blue cheese in small saucepan over med. heat. Add the oregano. Pour over the pasta and broccoli and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Season with salt and pepper and serve with freshly grated Parmesan
