Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 head broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 4 ounces blue cheese chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh grated parmesan for serving
How To Make pasta with blue cheese & broccoli sauce

Step 1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water about 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes throw in the broccoli. Then drain.

Step 2Meanwhile melt the Mascarpone and blue cheese in small saucepan over med. heat. Add the oregano. Pour over the pasta and broccoli and mix well.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper and serve with freshly grated Parmesan
