I'm going to try this for Sunday dinner it sounds like it will be light.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 - uncooked large shrimp peeled deveined
  • 1/4 - lb fettuccine uncooked
  • 1 - tomato chopped
  • 2 ounces (1/4) of 8 oz pkg cream cheese cubed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil divided
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmensancheese

How To Make pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Pour dressing over shrimp in small bowl Refrigerate 20 min to marinate.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta as directed on package omitting salt meanwhile, heat , add shrimp; cook 3 min or shrimp turns pink. Stirring frequently.
  • Step 3
    Remove shrimp from skillet cover to keep warm.
  • Step 4
    Add tomatoes, cream cheese and 1 Tbsp basil to same skillet; cook and stir 3 min or until well blended.
  • Step 5
    drain pasta Place on large platter; top with shrimp mixture remaining basil and shredded cheese.
