Ingredients
- 12 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 ounces pappardella pasta
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup italian parsley chopped
- grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese for garnish
How To Make papperdella with garlic and olive oil

Step 1Place the olive oil in a small saucepan over med heat. Add the garlic and cook until the garlic starts to brown. Remove from heat. Set aside.

Step 2Place a pot of salted water on stove and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta until almost al dente. Drain. Place the pasta back in the pot and pour the chicken stock over.

Step 3Cook until the stock has completely been absorbed. Add the garlic oil to the pan and stir in the parsley. Serve garnished with parm
