How to Make Papperdella with Garlic and Olive Oil
- Place the olive oil in a small saucepan over med heat. Add the garlic and cook until the garlic starts to brown. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- Place a pot of salted water on stove and bring to a boil. Cook the pasta until almost al dente. Drain. Place the pasta back in the pot and pour the chicken stock over.
- Cook until the stock has completely been absorbed. Add the garlic oil to the pan and stir in the parsley. Serve garnished with parm
