ol' fav mac and cheese
I make this for my family on Thanksgiving and upon special request. It is a BIG hit!

Ingredients
- 1 - box of mac noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can evaported milk (12oz)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
How To Make ol' fav mac and cheese

Step 1Boil noodles and set aside

Step 2In a med sauce pot melt butter on low

Step 3Add flour and stir for 3 min. (This should make a flour ball)

Step 4Slowly stir in evaporated milk. (I like to whisk so that I have no lumps) stir until thick (this takes about 8 min or so)

Step 5Stir in chx broth, worcestershire, dry mustard, ssalt, pepper. Stir until it thickens again

Step 6Stir in most of cheese (hold out enough for top)

Step 7Mix noodle and cheese mix together

Step 8cover and cook on 350 for 30-35 min. I use a 8x8 pan

Step 9Top with left over cheese
