I laugh every time I see a recipe from my old recipes with my stepmom's name on it, as she didn't often cook things once I learned to cook. At this point, I don't think she cooks anything anymore! LOL

Ingredients For noodles romanoff, barb's

  • 1 pkg
    medium egg noodles
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    large curd cottage cheese
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar
  • 1 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika

How To Make noodles romanoff, barb's

  • 1
    Boil noodles and drain. Rinse and drain. Combine cottage cheese, cheddar, sour cream, onions and salt. Stir in noodles and mix. Turn into greased 8 c casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 min until sauce bubbles.
