- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup light cream (20%)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make noodles alfredo

Step 1Cook noodles following package directions.

Step 2While noodles cook, heat butter and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper; keep warm over low heat. Return drained noodles to kettle. Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.
