Ingredients
- 1 pound boiled noodles
- 1/8 - 1/4 pound butter (melted in baking pan)
- 3 - beaten eggs
- 1 can drained fruit cup or peaches or applesauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 - 6 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 - 3 tablespoons sour cream
- - cinnamon (to taste)
- - raisins (optional)
How To Make noodle pudding

Step 1To boiled noodles, add eggs, sugar, fruit, cotage cheese, cinnamon, raisins & sour cream - mix well.

Step 2Put in baking dish that has the butter melted in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 covered for the first 40 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes! Enjoy!
