    1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked tender, and drained 8 oz
  • ·
    1/4 cup melted butter
  • ·
    5 eggs
  • ·
    2 cups sour cream
  • ·
    1 cup cottage cheese
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • ·
    2 t. chopped parsley
  • ·
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    2 t. lemon juice
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Noodle Pudding with Sour Cream, Onions and Cheese


  1. Toss cooked drained noodles with melted butter. Place noodles in 9 x 13 inch
    porcelain baker. Beat together remaining ingredients until blended and toss this
    mixture with cooked noodles. Bake in a 350 oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour
    or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. serves 8
