Ingredients
- - 1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked tender, and drained 8 oz
- - 1/4 cup melted butter
- - 5 eggs
- - 2 cups sour cream
- - 1 cup cottage cheese
- - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- - 2 t. chopped parsley
- - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - 2 t. lemon juice
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make noodle pudding with sour cream, onions and cheese

Step 1Toss cooked drained noodles with melted butter. Place noodles in 9 x 13 inch porcelain baker. Beat together remaining ingredients until blended and toss this mixture with cooked noodles. Bake in a 350 oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. serves 8 Source: Renny Darling
