NO MORE BOX MACC & CHEESE
Use any cheese you like. Just watch to see which ones melt the smoothest. I have omitted the Mexican Velveeta & used Kraft Colby Jack with a touch of Philidelphia cream cheese, it was really good!
4 ozmuenster cheese, shredded
5 ozmexican velveta, cubed
8 ozregular velveta, cubed
16 ozmaccaroni noodles, we like ready cut style or rotini
·black pepper, to taste
·garlic salt, to taste
·dash of hot sauce
How to Make NO MORE BOX MACC & CHEESE
- Cook noodles to package directions. Drain well.
- While thats working, in a medium sauce pan, add all other ingredients on medium heat stirring occasionally to melt. (Add more milk, if it seems too thick. you want it creamy.)
- Stir together in pasta pot, cover. allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Stir before serving.
