Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large - eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops - hot sauce
- 16 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
How To Make my mom's baked macaroni and cheese

Step 1Melt butter in pot. Add flour and stir until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons of milk to mix with the eggs. Pour the remaining milk into the butter/flour mixture, gradually stirring constantly. Cook until smooth.

Step 2Pour egg/milk mixture into butter/flour mixture; then add cheese and stir until melted.

Step 3Add worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

Step 4Put macaroni in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Pour sauce mixture over macaroni.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
