mommy's special noodles
We love these noodles! Very garlicky and sour. My son named them! I came up with this when I was having trouble with my gallbladder. The garlic, lemon juice, cider vinegar, and hot sauce can help with mild gallstones passing for some people.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound wide egg noodles
- 7 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce, your favorite brand
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste, fresh ground is best
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
How To Make mommy's special noodles

Step 1Cook noodles to desired doneness in salted water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2In same pot you cooked the noodles in, add olive oil and pressed garlic. Turn on to medium heat. Cook garlic 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.

Step 3Add rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.

Step 4Add the cooked noodles and toss lightly or stir qell to coat. Serve hot.
