Ingredients

  • 1200 grams water
  • 200 grams macaroni (approx 10 mins cooking time)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 - hard-boiled eggs, cut in pieces
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 30 grams lime juice
  • 40 grams red onion, chopped
  • 80 grams red pepper, cut in small pieces
  • 20 grams pickled cucumber, cut in small pieces

How To Make macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    Insert slow cook plug, place water into mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Heat 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.
  • Step 3
    Add macaroni and salt into mixing bowl.
  • Step 4
    Cook 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.
  • Step 5
    Place hard-boiled eggs, salt, mayonnaise, yellow mustard and lime juice into mixing bowl.
  • Step 6
    Mix 20 sec/speed 4.
  • Step 7
    Pour the sauce onto the cooked macaroni, and mix with red onion, red pepper and pickled cucumber.
  • Step 8
    Transfer to the serving plate and serve.
