Macaroni salad is a type of pasta salad. It's served cold, made with cooked elbow macaroni and usually prepared with mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 1200 grams water
- 200 grams macaroni (approx 10 mins cooking time)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - hard-boiled eggs, cut in pieces
- 120 grams mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 30 grams lime juice
- 40 grams red onion, chopped
- 80 grams red pepper, cut in small pieces
- 20 grams pickled cucumber, cut in small pieces
How To Make macaroni salad

Step 1Insert slow cook plug, place water into mixing bowl.

Step 2Heat 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Step 3Add macaroni and salt into mixing bowl.

Step 4Cook 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Step 5Place hard-boiled eggs, salt, mayonnaise, yellow mustard and lime juice into mixing bowl.

Step 6Mix 20 sec/speed 4.

Step 7Pour the sauce onto the cooked macaroni, and mix with red onion, red pepper and pickled cucumber.

Step 8Transfer to the serving plate and serve.
