7 oz. macaroni, uncooked (2 cups, cooked)
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup light cream
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup melted margarine

How to Make Macaroni Loaf


  • 1Prepare macaroni as pkg. directs. Drain.
  • 2Mix macaroni, pour into 11 x 7 inch pan. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
  • 3Mix onion, eggs, cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or til set. Serves 6
