Ingredients

7 oz. macaroni, uncooked (2 cups, cooked)
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup light cream
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup melted margarine

Step-By-Step

1Prepare macaroni as pkg. directs. Drain.
2Mix macaroni, pour into 11 x 7 inch pan. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
3Mix onion, eggs, cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or til set. Serves 6
