Macaroni & Cheese #1
2 cmacaroni, elbow
1 ccottage cheese, small curd
8 ozcolby cheese, shredded
4 ozcolby & monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 tspkonriko hot'n spicy creole seasoning (you can substitute tony chachere's creole seasoning)
2 3/4 cboiling water
How to Make Macaroni & Cheese #1
- Spread butter on bottom of casserole dish.
- Add rest of ingredients except for the water in a large bowl. Mix together well then place in buttered casserole dish.
- Add the boiling water. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.
