- cottage cheese, small curd
- 8 oz
- colby cheese, shredded
- 4 oz
- colby & monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp
- konriko hot'n spicy creole seasoning (you can substitute tony chachere's creole seasoning)
- 2 3/4 c
- boiling water
How to Make Macaroni & Cheese #1
- 1Spread butter on bottom of casserole dish.
- 2Add rest of ingredients except for the water in a large bowl. Mix together well then place in buttered casserole dish.
- 3Add the boiling water. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let set for about 10 minutes before serving.
