Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 & 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup velveeta, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
How To Make macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well.

Step 2Reserve a small amount of cheese. Add butter, egg and reminaing cheese to hot macaroni; mix well.

Step 3Pour into a 1 & 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish.

Step 4Mix dry mustard, salt and 1 Tablespoon hot water in small bowl. Stir in milk. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 5Bake for 45 minutes or until set and top is crusty.
