- - 16 oz. package elbow macaroni, cooked
- - 8 oz. package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - 8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
- - 1/2 cup milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
- TOPPING:
- - 1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
- - 1/4 cup melted butter
How To Make macaroni and cheese

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except topping; transfer to a greased 13x9 baking pan. Mix topping together and sprinkle over the top.

Step 2Bake, covered, at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and topping is golden.
