Ingredients

4 ccooked elbow macaroni, drained

2 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 cgrated mozzarella cheese

8 ozvelveeta cheese, cubed

1 1/2 cmilk or heavy cream

1/2 csour cream

2 Tbspbutter, cut into pieces

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspground black pepper
How to Make 3-Cheese Mac 'n Cheese
- In a large sauce pan, heat milk until hot but not boiling. Add cheeses, sour cream, butter and salt; heat on low until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Once you have the macaroni cooked and drained, place in a large bowl and while still hot and add the cheese mixture. Gently stir to combine well.
- Pour macaroni mixture into a casserole dish and top with additional cheese if desired. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
