- 1 box macaroni and cheese( shells)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onion , chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- - salt and pepper
How To Make kat's mac & cheese

Step 1Cook macaroni per package directions, drain, rinse with cold water, return to pot, over low heat, add package of cheese sauce, heavy cream, buttermilk, sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions.Salt & Pepper to taste Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes or until desired thickness,
