2 1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/4 c
minced onion
2 c
[8 ounces] shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
bread crumbs

How to Make Mac & Cheese Caserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook elbows as package directs,
  • 2Preheat oven to 350
  • 3In a medium saucepan, melt margarine.Stir in flour.Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly over med heat,until sauce thickens.Stir in salt and pepper.Add onion and cheese;stir until cheese melts.stir cheese sauce into elbows.spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish.top with bread crumbs.Bake 30 minutes
