    any small elbows
  • 3 Tbsp
    marganine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 2 c
    [8 ounces] shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make Mac & Cheese Caserole


  1. Cook elbows as package directs,
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine.Stir in flour.Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly over med heat,until sauce thickens.Stir in salt and pepper.Add onion and cheese;stir until cheese melts.stir cheese sauce into elbows.spoon into a greased 2-quart baking with bread crumbs.Bake 30 minutes
