I have a family of four. I am a SAHM! We love out pasta and this is so kid friendly. The mac and cheese is usually gone before the rest of dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boxes shell noodles
- 8 ounces sharp cheese
- 8 ounces extra sharp cheese
- 8 ounces mild cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 - egg
How To Make mac and cheese

Step 1Cut cheese into small cubes

Step 2cook pasta until it almost done to your taste.

Step 3drain pasta.

Step 4put pasta back in pot and have over low heat or med depending on your stove.

Step 5add cheese to pasta.

Step 6stir and then add milk to pasta.

Step 7crack egg and add egg to pasta and mix well.

Step 8pour pasta in a baking dish and bake at 350 until top of mac and cheese is nice and bubbly on top.

Step 9Feel free to add more cheese on top. Mozzarella is good on top or parmigiana.
