Ingredients
- 1 package kraft homestyle macaroni and cheese dinner classic dinner cheese sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded three cheese with a touch of philadelphia
How To Make mac and cheese minis

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Prepare dinner in large saucepan as directed on package except do not add the bread crumb topping. Add egg, sour cream, and 3/4 cup shredded cheese to macaroni mixture.

Step 3Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and bread crumbs topping.

Step 4Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
