A co-worker gave me this recipe. This is the best mac and cheese i have ever had. It is nice and creamy and a great side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter cut into peices
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 4 c
    cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    canned milk (or whole milk)
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese

How to Make Mac and Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven 350
  2. cook and drain macaroni, while it is still hat place in a mixing bowl and add cheddar cheese. Mix togather well until cheese is melted
  3. in a seperate bowl combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni mixture
  4. pour macaroni mixture in a 9x12 baking dish
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-45 min..top with extra cheese the last 10min if desired
