Ingredients
- 12 ounces thin spaghetti
- 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 22 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
How To Make lo mein

Step 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.

Step 2Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.

Step 3Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4Add onion and celery and cook another 3 minutes until translucent.

Step 5Add the cabbage and stir fry until tender-crisp

Step 6Add the soy sauc e adn cooked spaghetti. Stir to coat and mix well.

Step 7Cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
