  • 12 oz
    thin spaghetti
  • 2 c
    cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    lite soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 22 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery, sliced thin

How to Make Lo Mein


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add onion and celery and cook another 3 minutes until translucent.
  5. Add the cabbage and stir fry until tender-crisp
  6. Add the soy sauc e adn cooked spaghetti. Stir to coat and mix well.
  7. Cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
