cabbage, thinly sliced
minced fresh ginger
celery, sliced thin
How to Make Lo Mein
1Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
2Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
3Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
4Add onion and celery and cook another 3 minutes until translucent.
5Add the cabbage and stir fry until tender-crisp
6Add the soy sauc e adn cooked spaghetti. Stir to coat and mix well.
7Cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
