I got this recipe from my future mother-in-law, Linda. She is an amazing cook (she can get me to eat things I usually HATE!), and this is her son's - my fiance - favorite side dish. The kids love it too. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    your choice of pasta, cooked and drained
  • ·
    butter or margarine
  • ·
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • ·
    dried parsley
  • ·
    olive oil

How to Make Linda's Parmesan Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt large scoop of butter in large skillet. Add cooked noodles.
  2. Toss in parmesan, parsley and olive oil to taste. (I usually add a bit of garlic powder too)
  3. Remove from heat & serve
