- 1 package (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, well besten
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
How To Make italian noodle kugel

Step 1Pour melted butter over cooked noodles. Add ricotta cheese. Add beaten eggs and add sour cream, sugar and mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 2 quart greased casserole dish.
