Ingredients For italian noodle kugel

  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 4
    eggs, well besten
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    sugar

How To Make italian noodle kugel

  • 1
    Pour melted butter over cooked noodles. Add ricotta cheese. Add beaten eggs and add sour cream, sugar and mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 2 quart greased casserole dish.
