another from Stevens Family Cookbook i made these for hubby[he had never had homemade noodles before] and he loved them i don't buy noodles anymore i make these

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    egg,beaten
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • ·
    any or all these add-ins: crumbled bacon,fresh chives,cheddar cheese,fresh spinach chopped,

How to Make homemade egg noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. combine egg salt and milk add flour to make stiff dough
  2. roll thin on floured surface let sit 20 min roll thin again and then slice into 1 inch strips spread out and dry at least 2 hrs[up to over night] use in yur fav recdipe callin for noodles
