Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta
- 1 1/2 pounds your choice off cheese. i prefer cheddar
- 1/2 cup sour cream or cottage cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- - salt and pepper
How To Make homemade baked macaroni and cheese

Step 1Pre heat oven 350 degrees. Boil pasta until it is al dente. While pasta is boiling shred cheese and beat egg and milk together.

Step 2Drain water from pasta. Mix in sour cream or cottage cheese with the noodles.

Step 3Layer baking dish noodles, cheese, salt and pepper. Should be two layers.

Step 4Pour milk and egg mixture over dish. Place baking dish in oven check after 45 mins.

Step 5Should be dark golden brown on top. Use fork to make sure milk and egg mixture is cooked and not runny. let sit for 20 mins. before serving.
