How to Make Grilled Corn Mac n Cheese
- Grill the corn to get a little char on the kernels. Cut the kernels off the cob.
- Cook the pasta until done in boiling salted water. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Place the pasta in a pot and add the pasta water, milk, and basil. Heat 2 minutes. Stir in the cheeses and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
