Ingredients
- 2 - ears of corn
- 8 ounces small shell pasta
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make grilled corn mac n cheese

Step 1Grill the corn to get a little char on the kernels. Cut the kernels off the cob.

Step 2Cook the pasta until done in boiling salted water. Drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

Step 3Place the pasta in a pot and add the pasta water, milk, and basil. Heat 2 minutes. Stir in the cheeses and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
