    angel hair pasta
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    shallots chopped
  • 1 c
    crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets cut into small pieces

How to Make Gorgonzola Pasta with Broccoli


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente Add the broccoli the last 4 to 5 minutes of cooking. Drain.
  2. Heat the cream in a skillet with the garlic and shallots. Cook until shallots are tender about 3 minutes. Add cheese and cook until it's melted.
  3. Pour sauce over broccoli and pasta. Serve
