gluten free pasta
6 Tbsp
butter
6 Tbsp
gluten free baking mix
2 c
milk
8 oz
colby cheese, shredded
8 oz
monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 slice
american cheese, torn into pieces
2 oz
parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp
horseradish sauce
1 Tbsp
stone ground mustard
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper

How to Make Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan with butter.
  • 2In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add GF flour and stir until golden brown.
  • 3Add milk and whisk to incorporate. Cook until light boil and thickens.
  • 4Reduce heat to lowest level and add colby and stir until fully melted. Stir in jack cheese and stir until melted. Stir in american cheese and stir until melted.
  • 5Stir in mustard and horseradish sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture. Stir.
  • 7Pour pasta and cheese mixture into prepared pan.
  • 8Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
  • 9Bake at 350 for 30 minutes til golden brown and bubbly.
