Ingredients
- 1 package gluten-free pasta cooked according to package directions (12 oz)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons gluten-free flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces Colby cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 slices American cheese, torn into pieces
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make gluten-free macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8 pan with butter. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Step 2Add gluten-free flour and stir until golden brown.

Step 3Add milk and whisk to incorporate. Cook until a light boil and the mixture thickens.

Step 4Reduce heat to the lowest level. Add Colby cheese and stir until fully melted.

Step 5Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and stir until melted.

Step 7Stir in mustard and horseradish sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
