  • 1 lb
    rotini pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/4 c
    dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 bunch
    scallions finely chopped

How to Make Ginger Noodles


  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until done drain.
  2. Meanwhile add the oil to large skillet. Cook the ginger and garlic about 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Stir in the pasta. Cook until thickened and warmed through. Top with Green onions.
