Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 bunch scallions finely chopped
How To Make ginger noodles

Step 1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until done drain.

Step 2Meanwhile add the oil to large skillet. Cook the ginger and garlic about 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar. Cook until bubbly.

Step 3Stir in the pasta. Cook until thickened and warmed through. Top with Green onions.
