  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

How To Make garlic white cheddar mac & cheese

  • Step 1
    Place the pasta, butter, chicken broth, and milk in a large pot. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the pasta is tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the cheese and cook until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in parsley.
