An Option to Potatoes; This is one of my son's Favorite recipes, Since he is a great Cook, He wouldn't tell me his secret, so I have adapted this one, But it's only similiar to his. but oh so good, not the basic alfredo.. . . just a little different

Ingredients

  • - spaghetti, angel hair noodles or pasta noodles, any amount, depends on how many you are feeding.spaghetti noodles, or angel hair pasta cooked according to pkg directions
  • 1/4 C - butter, melted in small sauce pan
  • 1/2 C - heavy whipping cream added to melted butter
  • 1 TBS - fresh garlic or garlic pdr added to the creamy mixture

How To Make garlic alfredo pasta noodles

  • Step 1
    Boil your pasta noodles according to PKG directions. Do not OVERCOOK, as they will be mushy. Drain & Set a side.
  • Step 2
    NOTE: Toss Noodles/Pasta with a little melted butter, or Olive oil and they won't stick together
  • Step 3
    In small sauce pan, Melt butter, ADD: whipping cream Heat till HOT (but do not Boil)
  • Step 4
    Stir in: Garlic to Creamy Mixture
  • Step 5
    POUR this mixture over Cooked Noodles/Pasta Toss Well, sprinkle with a little parsley, or chopped green onions, and enjoy
