An Option to Potatoes; This is one of my son's Favorite recipes, Since he is a great Cook, He wouldn't tell me his secret, so I have adapted this one, But it's only similiar to his.
but oh so good, not the basic alfredo.. . . just a little different

Ingredients

  • ·
    spaghetti, angel hair noodles or pasta noodles, any amount, depends on how many you are feeding.spaghetti noodles, or angel hair pasta cooked according to pkg directions
  • 1/4 C
    butter, melted in small sauce pan
  • 1/2 C
    heavy whipping cream added to melted butter
  • 1 TBS
    fresh garlic or garlic pdr added to the creamy mixture

How to Make Garlic Alfredo Pasta Noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil your pasta noodles according to PKG directions. Do not OVERCOOK, as they will be mushy.
    Drain & Set a side.
  2. NOTE: Toss Noodles/Pasta with a little melted butter, or Olive oil and they won't stick together
  3. In small sauce pan, Melt butter,
    ADD: whipping cream
    Heat till HOT (but do not Boil)
  4. Stir in: Garlic to Creamy Mixture
  5. POUR this mixture over Cooked Noodles/Pasta
    Toss Well,
    sprinkle with a little parsley, or chopped green onions, and enjoy
