An Option to Potatoes; This is one of my son's Favorite recipes, Since he is a great Cook, He wouldn't tell me his secret, so I have adapted this one, But it's only similiar to his. but oh so good, not the basic alfredo.. . . just a little different

Ingredients
- - spaghetti, angel hair noodles or pasta noodles, any amount, depends on how many you are feeding.spaghetti noodles, or angel hair pasta cooked according to pkg directions
- 1/4 C - butter, melted in small sauce pan
- 1/2 C - heavy whipping cream added to melted butter
- 1 TBS - fresh garlic or garlic pdr added to the creamy mixture
How To Make garlic alfredo pasta noodles

Step 1Boil your pasta noodles according to PKG directions. Do not OVERCOOK, as they will be mushy. Drain & Set a side.

Step 2NOTE: Toss Noodles/Pasta with a little melted butter, or Olive oil and they won't stick together

Step 3In small sauce pan, Melt butter, ADD: whipping cream Heat till HOT (but do not Boil)

Step 4Stir in: Garlic to Creamy Mixture

Step 5POUR this mixture over Cooked Noodles/Pasta Toss Well, sprinkle with a little parsley, or chopped green onions, and enjoy
