  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    diced cooked ham, optional
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder or 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 jar(s)
    pasta sauce with fresh mushrooms(3 cups)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh parsley or 1 t. dried parsley flakes
  • 6 c
    hot cooked fettucine
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Fettucine Al Fresco


  1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add ham, onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Add pasta sauce and parsley. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine. Serve with cheese.
