This is the easiest and lightest macaroni & cheese I have ever had. Eunice (a friend of my Mom's) made this for us the first time. I couldn't get enough. I think you'll love it, just as we do.

- VERY EASY & YUMMY MACARONI & CHEESE
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- - salt and pepper
How To Make eunice's easy homemade macaroni & cheese

Step 1Preheat oven at 350. Spray or grease a small baking dish.

Step 2Boil macaroni by box direction. Drain & return to pot. Salt & pepper to taste.

Step 3Mix eggs & milk. Scramble and pour over macaroni. Add 8 oz. cheddar and mix well.

Step 4Pour into prepared dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
