Ingredients

  • 4 slices velvetta cheese (thick slices)
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch pepper

How To Make easy stovetop mac and cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat 4 cups hot water to boiling. Add macaroni and boil 8 mins. drain. Stir in butter and milk then put Velvetta cheese slices on top (not overlapping). Cover and simmer about 5 mins. Be sure to stir so it doesn't stick. Sprinkle pepper on top.
