easy smokehouse maple mac & cheese
I will be the first to say this is a cheaters version of Mac & Cheese since I only used Velvetta and milk, but I will make NO excuses for it. It is THE BEST mac & cheese I've put in my mouth to date!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces boxed pasta
- 8-12 ounces velvetta cheese
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mccormicks smokehouse maple seasoning
- 1-2 - chopped green onions, opt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make easy smokehouse maple mac & cheese

Step 1Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.

Step 2Meahwhile cut up velvetta (the amount depends on how cheesy you like it). For 8 oz, place in glass bowl with 1/4 c of milk. Micro for 2 min., stir, micro another 2 min. Stir to mix together. If too milky add a little more cheese, if too thick add a little more milk.

Step 3Add to pasta along with some Smokehouse Maple seasoning. I started with a tsp and added more because I love the flavor. Chop up one or two green onions and add to mac.
