How to Make Easy Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese
- 1Boil macaroni as directed. Drain but do not rinse.
- 2While macaroni is cooking cut the Velveeta into small cubes.
- 3Return macaroni to the pan and add Velveeta, Cheddar cheese and butter. Stir until cheeses and butter are melted. Stir in milk after cheeses and butter are melted. I use kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to season.
- 4Spray or butter your crock (I use one of the crockpot liners, easier cleanup). Pour mixture into the crockpot. Cook 1 hour on HIGH and 1 hour on LOW. DO NOT STIR!!
