easy crock pot mac & cheese

This is such a delicious recipe and has endless possiblities for playing with considering all the different cheeses out there. Go ahead and experiment and give it your own twist but I gaurantee u will never ever want to use a boxed mac and cheese again. Kraft dont have nothing over this. Everyone loves this whenever I make it does not last long at all.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 3 cups favorite cooked pasta, does not have to be macaroni, i used bowtie pasta
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fresh grated or store bought
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese loaf, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup 2% or whole milk
- 1 cup diced ham (optional)
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make easy crock pot mac & cheese

Step 1Take 3 cups of your fav cooked pasta and put into slow cooker and toss with the olive oil. Then add remaining ingredients.

Step 2Turn slow cooker to low and cook 6 to 8 hours or on high and cook 3 to 4 hours and then enjoy. Use judgement with your slow cooker as they are all a bit different. I didnt cook mine for the full 4 hours and it still came out to die for. I also made this in a pot on top of the stove and cooked on a very low heat and it turned out just fine too.
