This is my father –in-law Jimmy’s recipe. It’s a great for a group and stays nice and hot!

Ingredients

16 oz
elbow macaroni, cooked
6 c
fresh grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
4
eggs
1 1/2 c
milk
2 large
cans evaporated milk
1 stick
margerine

How to Make Crock Pot Mac 'n Cheese

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook macaroni al dente’ according to package directions and drain well.
  • 2Whisk eggs and milks, together and to macaroni, chop up margarine in chunks, add to macaroni. Add 4 of the 6 cups of shredded cheese to the macaroni and mix all well. Top with remaining cheese.
  • 3Pour into crock pot and cook for 3 hours on low.
