This is my father –in-law Jimmy’s recipe. It’s a great for a group and stays nice and hot!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 6 c
    fresh grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 large
    cans evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    margerine

How to Make Crock Pot Mac 'n Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook macaroni al dente’ according to package directions and drain well.
  2. Whisk eggs and milks, together and to macaroni, chop up margarine in chunks, add to macaroni. Add 4 of the 6 cups of shredded cheese to the macaroni and mix all well. Top with remaining cheese.
  3. Pour into crock pot and cook for 3 hours on low.
