~ Creamy White Cheddar & Bacon - Mac & Cheese ~
8 ozcooked and drained pasta - i used a mixture
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1 can(s)cream of cheddar soup
8 ozblock- white sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1/4 creal bacon bits - divided
pinchcayenne pepper, optional
1/2 tspeach - salt, pepper and onion powder
handfulseasoned panko crumbs

- Prepare pasta, drain, cover and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray an 11 x 7 casserole dish or a 9 inch deep pie plate with non stick spray or grease with butter.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add soup, milk, cheese, spices, butter. Cook and stir until cheese and butter is melted and you have a silky sauce. Don't burn. Stir in 3/4 of the bacon.
