Ingredients
- 16 ounces package of pasta-your favorite
- 6 ounces velvetta cheese-light
- 8 ounces cream cheese-light
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese-grated
- 1/4 cup sour cream-light
- 10 ounces can rotel
- 1/2 teaspoon ea. of granulated garlic, granulated onion, cumin, black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- - crumbled bacon or diced ham, optional
How To Make creamy spicy mac and cheese

Step 1Place rotel in med. saucepan, add seasoning, cream cheese, and Velveeta. Heat over low heat to melt.

Step 2Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 3Drain pasta, mix in sour cream, then pour rotel cheese mixture over pasta, add grated cheese and parsley, mix well.
