Ingredients
- 4 /2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
- 6 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, oil packed, minced
- 6 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8-10 - kalamata (greek) olives, cut
How To Make creamy orzo

Step 1Bring broth to a boil; stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook orzo, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed, 9 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.

Step 2Stir in tomatoes, parsley, olives and feta, mixing until the feta begins to melt slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
