This is a fantastic side dish and easy to make multiple batches. Be sure to mix well. Allow to thaw well before reheating in microwave. Could easily add chicken or ham and peas to this for a main meal. Very hard not to eat out of the bowl when making!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1 .7-oz pkg
    italian salad dressing mix
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened

How to Make Creamy Italian Noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook the noodles 1/2 the time directed on the package. Drain. In large bowl mix noodles and butter
    to coat.
  2. Add half and half, cheese and dressing mix. Stir well.
  3. Cool and freeze in plastic bags.
