This is a fantastic side dish and easy to make multiple batches. Be sure to mix well. Allow to thaw well before reheating in microwave. Could easily add chicken or ham and peas to this for a main meal. Very hard not to eat out of the bowl when making! From 30 Day Gourmet.

- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 .7-oz packages italian salad dressing mix
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
How To Make creamy italian noodles

Step 1Cook the noodles 1/2 the time directed on the package. Drain. In large bowl mix noodles and butter to coat.

Step 2Add half and half, cheese and dressing mix. Stir well.

Step 3Cool and freeze in plastic bags.
